Access and use conditions for the Grutas de Tolantongo destination
1. Access to the destination
Access to Grutas de Tolantongo is subject to payment of the current cash admission fee. The destination reserves the right to limit access when the maximum daily capacity established by the administrating community is reached.
2. Visitor responsibility
Visitors are responsible for their personal safety within the destination. Use of thermal areas is at your own risk. It is recommended not to swim alone, to follow posted signage and not to venture outside designated areas.
3. Environmental care
The following is strictly prohibited: introducing detergents or soaps into the thermal waters, littering in the river or canyon, making fires outside designated areas, and damaging rock formations and local wildlife.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Admission fees are non-refundable. For lodging reservations, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be arranged directly with the destination's administration.
5. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the use of the destination shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the municipality of Cardonal, Hidalgo, Mexico.
